Jacob Drake Insurance is an independent insurance agency run by Jacob Drake, licensed insurance agent, NPN 16627547. This policy explains what this website collects and how I use it.

What I collect. The name, email address, and phone number you send through my contact form; the details you share when you book a consultation or complete my intake survey, such as household information, doctors, and prescriptions; and basic site-usage data collected by Squarespace, such as pages visited.

How I use it. To answer the coverage questions you asked about, to prepare quotes and help you enroll if you choose to, and to send appointment reminders and updates by text if you opted in.

Text messages. If you opt in, you may receive appointment reminders, plan and quote information, and application status updates from Jacob Drake Insurance. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Sharing. I do not sell your personal information. I share it only as needed to quote or enroll you: with the insurance companies and enrollment platforms you choose to apply through, with the service providers I use to run my business (scheduling, phone, and customer-records tools), who may use it only to provide those services, or when the law requires it.
