After years of navigating the health system alongside my wife through a long and exhausting battle with Long COVID, I understand better than most what it feels like to need answers and not find them, and how much it matters to have someone in your corner who truly cares. That is what drew me to this work.

My path has been anything but conventional. Having earned degrees from Belmont, Duke Divinity, and the Yale Institute of Sacred Music, I spent years in pastoral ministry — serving churches, leading communities, and walking alongside people through some of life’s hardest moments. That formation shapes how I approach every client conversation: with patience, honesty, and a commitment to actually listening. Insurance, like ministry, is ultimately about people. And people deserve more than a policy. They deserve a guide.

I learned this system from the inside — deductibles, networks, formularies, what gets denied and why — because I had to. Now I do it for other families. Clear answers, no pressure, and someone who has been there.
